I did not receive the invitation or OTP email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the sender used the correct email address.
- OTP codes expire after a short time — request a new code on the invitation page.
- If problems persist, ask the sender to resend the invitation or contact your IT administrator.
Why was my file rejected?
Your organization may block certain file types (for example executable files). Try a different format or contact your administrator if you believe the block is incorrect.
Why was I logged out?
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Sign in again to continue. This protects your account if you leave your computer unattended.
I cannot upload files
- You must be signed in (or, in some setups, connect from an allowed network).
- Check that you have not exceeded the maximum file size or number of files per bundle.
- Contact your administrator if upload access should be enabled for your account.
What is the difference between preview and download links?
The preview link opens a page where you can browse files and choose downloads. The download link starts a ZIP download directly. Both require the same authorization.
Can I disable OTP for my bundle?
Only if your organization allows it. If the OTP checkbox is not visible or cannot be unchecked, your group requires email verification. Contact your administrator to change policy.
Who manages users, groups, and settings?
Platform administrators use the admin panel. For account issues, group membership, branding, or sharing policies, contact your organization's administrator — not the person who sent you files.
