For recipients

If someone shared files with you through this application, this guide explains what to expect.

The invitation email

You receive an email with the bundle title and a secure link. Click the link to open the invitation page in your browser.

The link is unique to you and may expire after a period set by the sender or your organization.

Email verification (OTP)

If the sender required email verification, you will see a page asking you to request a verification code:

Click Send verification code (or similar).
Check your email for a 6-digit code. It expires after a short time.
Enter the code on the invitation page and submit.

If you do not receive the code, check your spam folder and request a new one. There is a limit on how often codes can be requested.

If OTP was not required for this bundle, clicking the invitation link takes you directly to the file preview.

Accessing the files

Once verified (or if OTP was skipped), you can:

Preview the bundle — see the list of files, sizes, and expiry information.
Download all as a ZIP archive, or download individual files.

You cannot access files until you have completed the invitation step. Do not share your invitation link with others unless the sender intended a group download.

Expired or unavailable bundles

If a bundle has expired or reached its download limit, the preview page shows a warning and downloads are disabled. Contact the person who shared the files if you still need access.
