Sharing and recipients
Sharing and recipients
When you complete a bundle, you choose how recipients will access the files.
Invitation mode (recommended)
In invitation mode, each recipient receives an email with a secure link. Depending on settings, they may also need to enter a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to their email before they can view or download files.
Benefits: Only people you invite can access the files, and email verification adds an extra layer of security.
Recipient emails
Enter one or more email addresses on the settings step. Separate multiple addresses with commas or new lines. Each person receives their own invitation link.
If OTP is turned off for your bundle and you leave recipients blank, you can copy the preview and download links yourself after completing the upload and share them manually.
Email verification (OTP)
When Require email verification (OTP) is checked, each recipient must enter a 6-digit code sent to their email after clicking the invitation link.
When OTP is unchecked, the signed invitation link alone grants access — still secure, but without the extra verification step. Your organization or group may require OTP by default; you can only disable it if your administrator allows it.
Static link mode
If your group permits static links, you can choose this mode instead of invitations. Anyone with the preview or download link can access the files without receiving an email invitation.
Static links are less secure because the link alone grants access. Use them only for trusted recipients and avoid forwarding links unnecessarily.
After you complete
- Invitation with recipients: Invitations are emailed when the bundle is published (or after approval, if required).
- Invitation without recipients (manual links): Copy the links shown on the final step and send them through your preferred channel.
- Static link: Copy the links from the final step and share them securely.
